Flying Fish Wedding Invitations For Your Destination Wedding To Barbados

If you're taking the leap together, celebrate in style with these lovely Flying Fish Wedding Invitations - or should I say taking the plunge? Although they look totally imaginary, flying fish are real! Probably more than half of my customers are having a beach wedding - I was married on the beach myself, on Cape Cod. But what if you're feeling more tropical? Having a destination wedding in the Caribbean or Dominican Republic can be a great way to get some sun, have a beautiful vacation, and get married, all in one go! Also, for couples hoping to keep their ceremony smaller and more manageable, destination weddings can be a good option because the logistics are a little bit trickier. It can be nice in those cases to have a post-wedding reception once you get back home so that everyone who couldn't make it to you destination wedding can celebrate with you.

Sand Dollar Wedding Invitations

I made these lovely blue sand dollar wedding invitations for a wedding in Little Compton, Rhode Island. The old sand dollars were originally brown in the antique scientific illustration I used to created this invitations suite, but the blue is much better for a beach wedding!

Usually the colors I work with for Concertina Press wedding invitations are navy blue, light blue and teal, but Christine had a special request for purple invitations! Purple happens to be my favorite color, so I found it exciting to create these special Octopus wedding announcements and Spiral Shell wedding invitations, and they turned out beautifully.
